Title: Managing Information and Learning Technology Programs In this class, I worked with a team to create a RFP and present it. This proposal includes project deliverables, timelines, work breakdown structure, organizational scope, key personnel summary, target learner profiles, cost breakdown (including by role), proposed technical solution, risk analysis and mitigation plan, ATP process, communication plan (including a meeting schedule), change control process, QA procedures, program evaluation, project review plan, return on investment, and a final product acceptance process.The final RFP is below.
